Designed by Milwaukee architect Alexander Eschweiler as a private residence, the Charles Allis Art Museum now maintains prominent art patrons Charles and Sarah Allis’ collection. Areas of particular focus in the collection include American and French paintings from the 1800s, Japanese miniature sculptures and bronze Renaissance statuary. The collection spans 2000 years and also includes many of the actual furnishings housed within the historic Tudor mansion. Located near Lake Michigan and Veterans Park, about a mile north of the Milwaukee Art Museum, the mansion also is used as a music, lecture, and event venue.

Adults $5; Seniors (62+), Students and Military $3; Children 12 and under are free.
